Accommodation & Facilities
We can accommodate you in our French room which is very spacious with a comfortable king sized bed, double aspect views of countryside, Avon river and Cromdale Hills. Our other letting room is again spacious and well equipped with two three foot beds that can be either twins or joined to make a super king sized bed.
Both rooms have washbasins and your large private bathroom is right next door. This has under floor heating, a heated towel rail, walk in shower and luxurious roll top bath.
We provide a complimentary tea tray with fresh milk always available. The rooms both have a digital clock radio and a hairdryer.
Breakfast
Our breakfasts are cooked on the Aga using our own hens’ eggs and as many other locally sourced products as possible. Special diets can be catered for with advance notice.

Tariff
Our prices start at just £70 per double room per night including a full Scottish breakfast cooked on the Aga with eggs from our own hens.
Local Attractions
The Glenlivet Estate offers a multitude of outdoor activities including walking, cycling, horse riding and fishing. Several castles, gardens and distilleries in the area offer less strenuous activities. Golf and skiing facilities are within easy reach.
