Directions
- Take the A95 Elgin Road from Grantown on Spey.
- After about twenty minutes you will pass the Ballindalloch Golf Course and the Post Office and Petrol Station on your right.
- Take the next right turn towards Tomintoul onto the B9008.
- Look out for the 'Welcome to the Glenlivet Estate' sign after about 2 miles.
- Old Manse of Craggan is the next house on the right.

Simon & Liz welcome you to the Old Manse of Craggan Bed & Breakfast within the Glenlivet Estate in Banffshire, in the Highlands of Scotland.
Accommodation
We have two very spacious, well appointed rooms, a king sized double and a twin bedded room which can also be configured as a double.
Tariff
Our prices start at just £70 per double room per night including a full Scottish breakfast cooked on the Aga with eggs from our own hens.
Local Attractions
The Glenlivet Estate offers a multitude of outdoor activities including walking, cycling, horse riding and fishing. Several castles, gardens and distilleries in the area offer less strenuous activities. Golf and skiing facilities are within easy reach.
