All prices include a full Scottish breakfast cooked on the Aga. Our own hens supply the eggs!
Twin/Double (king size beds) from £70 per room per night
Single Occupancy £55 per room per night
Families and longer stays are negotiable.
Payment
Please note we do not take credit cards, payment is by cash or cheque only.
Time of arrival and departure
Arrival time is between 4.30pm and 6.30pm or otherwise by prior arrangement.
We ask that rooms be vacated by 10am on your departure day.
Please note:
Unfortunately we are unable to take pets.
We have two cats who are, of course, kept out of the guest rooms.
Smoking is not allowed in the house.
We do not supply evening meals but should you not feel like dining at one of the local eating places we are happy for you to bring in a take away meal or deli nibbles to eat in the guest dining room.
Wine glasses and bottle opener readily available!

Simon & Liz welcome you to the Old Manse of Craggan Bed & Breakfast within the Glenlivet Estate in Banffshire, in the Highlands of Scotland.
Accommodation
We have two very spacious, well appointed rooms, a king sized double and a twin bedded room which can also be configured as a double.
Local Attractions
The Glenlivet Estate offers a multitude of outdoor activities including walking, cycling, horse riding and fishing. Several castles, gardens and distilleries in the area offer less strenuous activities. Golf and skiing facilities are within easy reach.
